Iona Lake who work for Samuels of Norfolk put in a magnificent performance having fully recovered form a long term injury. Iona, has previously represented Great Britain at Junior and Under 23 level, but this was her first major national title success at senior level. Plenty of hard work and training now in-store to capitalise on her new found form...
